I am currently reading The Ancient Egyptian Prayerbook by Rev. Dr. Tamara Siuda.

My Bookshelf

Red Land, Black Land by Barbara Mertz  – a book about the daily life of ancient Egyptians.

Temple of the Cosmos by Jeremy Naydler – a book detailing the way that ancient Egyptians viewed the world, spirituality, and even time and space.

Eternal EgyptAncient Rituals for the Modern World by Richard J. Reidy – a guide to contemporary rituals that are as close to the way they were practiced in ancient times.

The Ancient Egyptian Daybook by Rev. Dr. Tamara Siuda – a thorough exploration into the Kemetic calendar, this book includes explanations on how Ancient Egyptians viewed time and how their calendar was organized.  It also lists each day with a comprehensive list of deities guarding the day as well as the festivals celebrated (both nationally and regionally).

The Complete Gods and Goddesses of Ancient Egypt by Richard H. Wilkinson – an encyclopedic reference to the numerous Netjer.  This book is a great source and unlike most books about the Netjer, he usually includes both the Greek and Kemetic versions of the Names.
